From project kick-off to your opening party, we’ve broken it down into 5 detailed lifecycles: 1. Bidding, 2. Pre-Construction, 3. Start-Up, 4. Construction, and 5. Handover. Each task of your project’s lifecycle will be individually assigned to a member of our team. It’s a chicken and egg thing. Everyone wants to get a deal done for a space, but there are no plans, so how do you know how much it’s going to cost? And without knowing roughly how much the build will cost, everyone is nervous to move forward.

We’ve specialized in building restaurants and retail spaces for twenty years. We know what goes into spaces of all sizes. We will tour the space, review the work letter, and assemble a detailed budget for a completed space so everyone can feel comfortable moving forward.
